Hi, I’m Songha. I have chanthems living in my deepest heart. I offer them to you so we can build a world where we all have a Sound Mind.

 

The word Songha is adapted from the Sanskrit word Saṅgha, or spiritual friends. We are all spiritual friends, rooted in song. 

 

I do have a name and an identity—that’s no secret—but I can assure you that my given name and constructed identity are not the source of these chanthems. Music reverberates through all of us, and the words within the chanthems point to the universal experience of embodied existence.

 

I am Songha. And you are too. 

I have chants living in my deepest heart. And so do you.
