Chanthems are Anthems you can Chant. I want you to chant them so you can free your mind of all the loops and patterns of suffering we so easily get caught in. Music speaks to the soul directly so that even in the face of grave suffering—grief, sadness or rage—song soothes us, roots us in presence, and holds our hand while we muster up the courage to feel our way through this life.

This is a chanthem for restlessness.

This is a chanthem for when you feel out of control of your emotions.

Ground

This is a chanthem for grounding.

Soften

This is a chanthem for when our hearts have become armored.

Control

This is a chanthem for when we find ourselves very attached to our ideas about what should happen.
